Security & data trust

Your media database should not become someone else’s training ground.

PR agencies hold proprietary relationship history, journalist context and sensitive client material. PRmatic is being designed around agency-level isolation, controlled execution and inspectable evidence before convenience.

01

Tenant isolation

Agency data is scoped by agency and protected with PostgreSQL row-level security. UI filtering is not treated as a security boundary.

02

Human-controlled distribution

No distribution should occur without authorized agency final approval. Recipients are evaluated individually rather than sent as a BCC-style campaign.

03

Agency-owned relationship data

Private relationship history and media records are designed to remain agency-scoped across campaigns.

04

Deliverability safeguards

Suppression, risky or stale email validation, sender health, throttling and send readiness are treated as core product controls.

05

Auditability

Critical approvals, provider actions and operational decisions are designed to remain attributable rather than silently rewritten by AI.

06

AI output is untrusted by default

Generated recommendations and provider output must be validated before they can progress into protected workflows.

Pre-launch security posture

This page describes controls implemented or required by the product architecture; it is not a claim of completed enterprise certification. Formal security documentation, vendor reviews and any future certifications will be published only when completed.

For an early-access evaluation, we can walk through the data model, approval boundaries and current operational safeguards before an agency imports real data.
